Please note that the fees of office levied in terms of regulation 84 of the regulations promulgated in terms of the Deeds Registries Act 47 of 1937 as well as the guideline of fees recommended by the Law Society of South Africa for conveyancing duties performed have been increased with effect from 1 April 2016.
 
Herewith included kindly find our updated version of the recommended transfer and bond fees, as well as the updated deeds office registration fee and transfer duty.
